As a General Contracting Company, Coyote Contracting provides technical expertise for private and commercial customers as well as Government Contracting Officers awarding projects to competent Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
Our goal is to provide our clients with the technical means to achieve their goals, while consistently providing unmatched customer service.
About the Founder
Founded in 2022, Luke started Coyote Contracting LLC because he believes he can help public and private entities achieve their project goals. He has extensive industry experience and the necessary connections to facilitate your project needs. Luke has an unprecedented track record in fulfilling high-dollar contracts. His primary focus is on servicing and replacing Electrical and HVAC infrastructure. Luke is known industry wide as ‘the guy’ when there is an issue and it’s best to have him on speed dial. Before entering the general and governmental contracting industry, Luke served the United States Navy as a Seabee Construction Electrician. While serving his country in Iraq in 2006, he was seriously injured after encountering an IED. He was later awarded the Purple Heart and other commendations for his outstanding service.

Government Contracting
Our team’s experience is vital when it comes to understanding government solicitations and procurement styles. We have in depth understanding of contracts with the General Services Administration (GSA) and many other federal contracting platforms, including MATOCs, IDIQs, JOCs, as well as single RFPs, RFQs, Sealed Bids and Negotiated Contracts. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
